Where are we located?

You’ll find us at 185 Great Neck Road, 4th Floor, Great Neck, NY 11021—just steps from the LIRR and close to great coffee, lunch spots, and shops.

What are our front desk hours?

Our front desk is typically staffed from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday and from 9 AM to 3 PM on Fridays.

What are our member access hours?

Members have 24/7 secure access—so whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you can work when it’s best for you.

Can I bring a guest or client?

Guests and clients are welcome—just let us know so we can greet them and help them feel at home.

What types of memberships do we offer?

We offer Private Offices, Dedicated Desks, and Virtual Office plans—our offices are fully furnished and ready to move into. Each comes with flexible, month-to-month terms so you can choose what works best for you.

What amenities are included in a membership?

Memberships can include 24/7 access, high-speed internet, daily cleaning, utilities, a full-service kitchen, unlimited coffee and tea, phone booths, printing/scanning services, and more.

What’s the internet speed? Is Wi-Fi included?

High-speed Wi-Fi is included in every membership—no extra charge.

Do we offer day passes?

While we don’t offer day passes on our site, we do offer a Villa Pass. It’s a flexible, monthly membership that would give you access to our workspace.

Is there a free trial or discounted first day?

You can come in try a dedicated desk or private office for a day to help you choose the right membership for you. Book a tour below and ask us about it when you come in!

How do I sign up or join?

It’s simple—book a tour below, choose the membership that fits you best, and we’ll help you get set up so you can start working right away.

Do we offer virtual mail services?

Yes—we offer Virtual Office plans so you can have a professional mailing address (and more) without needing a physical office.

What’s included in virtual office plans?

Plans start at $64.95/month and can include a directory listing, mailing address, mail/package notifications, scanning, shredding, forwarding, and even conference room credits. Our Villa Pass also includes the ability to use the address on your Google Business Profile.

How do I get started with a virtual office?

Just head to the Virtual Office section at and click “Apply Now.” We’ll walk you through the quick setup.

Is there parking available?

Many of our private office plans include one parking space in our parking lot. Additional parking may be available nearby for a fee.

Is the space pet-friendly?

While we love animals, we don’t allow pets in the office to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Service animals are, of course, always welcome.

Do we host events or networking opportunities?

We love bringing members together for networking and social events—great for meeting other professionals in the community.
