COVID-19 Guidelines
Unfortunately, cases of COVID-19 have been increasing in our county and society. Since the virus is extremely dangerous, it is of utmost importance that we take the necessary precautions in order to maintain the health and safety of all Office Villas members. Therefore we are implementing COVID-19 Guidelines, in compliance with the CDC, to protect us all from this virus.
Temperature Check
At reception, we will be taking temperatures of everyone entering the building
If you have a temperature at or higher than 100.4◦F you will be required to leave the office. You will be allowed to come back if you have a negative PCR test or if you have a lowered temperature
Masks
Masks must be worn at all times you are in the common areas of the building, including in the lobby, elevators, hallways, reception area, bathrooms, and lounge area
You are entitled to not wear a mask in your own private office
If you are working at your dedicated desk your mask must be worn as much as possible
If you are eating in the common area, you must have your mask ready to put on once you are done eating
If you are walking in the halls/common areas without a mask by mistake you must cover your face with your arm, shirt, or any other face covering and go directly to your office or reception, where you can get a disposable mask to use.
Quarantine
If you come in close contact with someone who was tested positive for COVID-19, you must quarantine for 14 days after the last contact you had with the person who has the virus
Hand Hygiene
It is highly recommended to wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds when you enter the office
If you are unable to wash your hands, hand sanitizer is always readily available at reception for everyone to use
Social Distancing
As much as possible, you must maintain 6 feet social distance in the common area, halls and bathrooms
If we see that these guidelines are not followed, it may lead to fines or immediate termination of your license and your security deposit will not be returned
